I took today off as my boss is on vacation. I'm not sure he's actually gone anywhere but he isn't in the office, and he won't be in the office until Monday. (And then there is some business travel.)
But you don't care about that!

I try to appreciate Mario Batali. Really, I do. We have an awful lot of fun reading his "What I'm Drinking Now" column, but, somehow, I have a hard time accepting him.

I realize that this video is meant to be calming and instructional and gentle but it gives me mild palpitations. Click on its neighboring video and it'll be the longest four minutes of your day.
