random shoes

With September on the horizon I find myself considering shoes.
Back-to-school shoes.
And what am I dreaming of?
Well, Chanel clogs to be honest. Or Celine clog/platforms,
great shoes
because, what I like about them is that they are heightening and yet flat. Do you see? It's the magic of the platform.
And, I like these:
clogs
but they have an awful lot going on. Don't you think?

On Sunday, we were On A Boat -
boats
in a beautiful place.
And, though I put sunblock on my face (and nowhere else) my face got burned - and the rest of my body did not.
A boat with bedrooms and bathrooms and granite counters!

Youngest says he would buy a dozen of these pillows
fir pillow
and make a forest.

Am STILL considering these.

But, also, these:

I
rode
on
a
Jetski.
Believe it.
I loved it.

ominous house

Middle has a new lens.
Doesn't our house look ominous?

I love the last pair of clogs the best. At least they are the most sensible.

Are you going for sensible?

I always do.

hmmmmm.

Your house looks like how I imagine all American houses look.

I really love platforms but I can't get the last pair although you've posted it before. I just can't.
I shall admit I didn't even recognize that was YOUR house. Imagine. What you can do with a camera.

I love the first ones... the second too. They are both so fun and stylish, and a little wild. Just the way I like shoes!

If I met a person wearing any of those clogs, I would avoid them -- unless they were wearing the last ones. I like those. A person wearing any of the earlier ones would be way too much for me to handle.

I am the opposite of kmkat. If I met a person wearing any of those clogs, I would glance admiringly at them--unless they were wearing the last ones...which were kind of boring.

If I saw someone wearing those shoes who was less than 5'4" before putting the shoes on, my first thought would be, "This woman is Not Okay with being short." Not that it's a crime to wish to be taller, but you may not want it to be the first thing someone knows about you. :0 My second thought would be, "This woman longs to sprain her ankle."

Your house looks lovely and wistful--not ominous at all.

Oh, Jeffrey Campbell. I love his shoes, though I have yet to own any. :)
