Why is that stuff you rub onto sore muscles called Mineral Ice?
What mineral could possibly be in it?

Either you are drinking ALREADY, or you are having a very strange day.

According to the label, Mineral Ice contains the following:

Menthol 2%, Ammonium Hydroxide; Carbomer 934; Cupric Sulfate; FD&C Blue No. 1; Isopropyl Alcohol; Magnesium Sulfate; Sodium Hydroxide; Thymol; Water

? Maybe the mineral is that scary FD&C Blue No. 1; we've just never heard of it before.

Orrrr... the makers of Mineral Ice are fibbing to us.
