another mini wine review

Picture 1

70% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Franc & 11% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are hand harvested. They are then vinified using traditional methods in clean thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. No oak - deep, concentrated fruit filled with red berries, boysenberries & blackberries dominate the palate - super nice balance -

Is vinified a real word?
I could look it up, I suppose...

We like this wine. It was $12.99. Plus there is the Frenchness Issue.
Oh, you don't know about the Frenchness Issue?
Yeah, uh, French people don't drink Main Road Red.
And there's a reason for that.

I just bought my Beaujolais today. Because you have to have Beaujolais at Thanksgiving. You just HAVE TO. It's a LAW.

I take it everyone is mad about French wine.
Oh well.
Vinified: I know for sure that "vinificare" in Italian is indeed a correct wine term.
ANyway this Chateau Jalousie sounded not bad at all, for 12,99!
Good job with the Crisco!!! Would you have guessed?
