are you available for dinner?

We've gotten a ton of food gifts over the past few days:

a box containing every ingredient for reubens with side salads and pickles

my mother's special summer dip

chocolates

French macarons

a huge assortment of potato chips and my favorite candy bars

a ham

a tray of eggplant parmesan

a corn casserole

chicken pot pie

If you're in the neighborhood you really ought to stop by for something to eat.

If I lived closer, I, too, would be stopping by with food. It's what I do when I don't know what else to do. Glad there are so many thinking of you. (All. The plural you.)

Aww! Your "casserole people" are treating you well. I wish I could stop by and have some chips with you, and try to cheer you up with amusing and colorful tales.
