My first thought when I saw that picture was, It looks like one of those "as seen in walmart fashion photos. Then I saw the Eiffel Tower in the background. Do they have walmarts in Paris?
My second thought was, and this qualfies as an "ironic/brutally sarcastic/caustic/totally ridiculous insult", is that Rosie O'Donnell?
