Practically Perfect Pancakes. Mine always look like they've been scrambled. I haven't got that flip thing down yet.
And blackbird sure needs a Warehouse sized jug of maple syrup for her hungry men!

YUM. I love making pancakes - such a crowd pleaser. I always try that good mom thing of making little shapes with my pancakes but it never quite works out. But they still taste good, luckily...
Oh yum! We call that "Upside Down Breakfast" and it's a big favorite when the big boys come home from grad school! I even gave one of them the waffle iron when they left home!
