Very nice. I wish I had read this before I cleaned bathrooms today.

Bossy wishes she were this kind of person but unfortunately she's more the type to carelessly use that paper towel to mop up the smelly bacon grease.

And if I jotted a refusal to take this advice, would it then be a mutiny on the Bounty?

I, too, like this very much. All of 'em. Any chance you'd explain on how some of them are done? Real curious.

Move slower. We rush through the day, from one task to another, from one appointment to another, until we collapse on the couch, exhausted, at the end of the day. Instead, simplify your life by doing less and doing them more slowly. Eat slower, drive slower, walk slower, shower slower, work slower. Be more deliberate. Be present. This isn’t something you’re going to master today, but you can start practicing today.

See, now until people started talking Bounty, I thought this was a piece of toilet paper. Gave a whole new meaning to "do them slowly with ease."
This is such a good life rule.

But gee I find it a hard one to abide by......

I understand but have trouble doing this. It. takes. work.

And Patience. My poor little head is so full of thoughts that often I'm thinking of what's next while I'm doing whatever I'm doing.

I will resolve.

This is something I really need to work on. I think I will start today. If each thing I do has a mindfullness and a purpose won't I feel wonderful after having done them? Thank you.
